Ours is a small, friendly company based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex and specialising in all manner of gutter and terrain clearance and repair tasks. No job is considered too big or too small, and we would be more than happy to visit your property to provide you with a 'no-obligation' estimate. We can also provide a rapid response and pride ourselves on a quick service. Once you call us, we guarantee to come out on the same or next day for a quote.
Dependent on distance, we may reserve the right to levy a call-out charge - but just give us a call to see!

Our Services
- Cleaning and/or repair of all types of gutter and terrain
- Leaf Guard Installation - Fitting mesh over your gutters to prevent leaves from clogging them.
- Plastic Conservatory Cleaning
- Replacement of wooden fascia soffit boards (conservation areas and listed buildings)
- Roofing
- Ivy Removal
- Maintenance Contracts - We can visit your property yearly to inspect gutter joints for leakage and deterioration
- We can supply facia and soffit boards/wood which we can also prime and paint with Sadolin Superdeck. Let us know what lengths you require!
We will of course, dispose of all rubbish as necessary.
Our level of service consists of four levels:
Option 1 - Clean out gutters (internal)
Option 2 - Clean out gutters ( internal & external) and replace with new joints
Option 3 - Take down all guttering and clean (internal & external), replace all new joints, clean all facia/soffit boards (plastic only)
Option 4 - We specialise in wooden facia/soffit boards for listed/historical buildings (grade 1/2/3) and conservation areas (including churches, and other buildings of interest).
Our Coverage Area
Although based in Southend-on-Sea, we are more than happy to quote for and attend any jobs in Essex and the surrounding counties. In fact, depending on your need and urgency we would be willing to cover the whole of the UK!
Pricing
Our aim is to provide a fair estimate to you for the work required. As each job tends to vary significantly according to the size and severity, we would prefer to visit you before quoting you a price.
For commercial properties i.e. factories and large warehouses which could be anything up to 3 or 4 storeys high, we would charge in the region of £10 per metre (mending and replacing joints). Dependant on the height of the building, extra cherry-pickers or boom lifts may be required which would incur further cost.

Access to difficult gutters would not be a problem as we use long ladders (triple 20's that have a 48 foot reach) and can bring cherry-pickers or boom lifts if necessary.
